Fingers are being kept firmly crossed as Anderson was shortlisted as a finalist in her category of ‘Female Franchisee of the Year’ and went forward with three other finalists to a further judging ceremony held in London, last month.
The final winners will be revealed at the Gala Awards Dinner, held at the ICC in Birmingham on the 3rd October 2013, celebrating the best in franchising.
Ms. Anderson is no stranger to winning awards, having scooped Caremark’s own ‘Franchisee of the Year’ award in January of this year and was a previous regional finalist with the BFA HSBC Franchisee of the Year Awards in 2012. Additionally, one of Ms. Anderson’s Supervisors of her care team reached the finals in the Great South East Care Awards in November 2012, further celebrating her team’s successes.
Caremark further praises franchise owners, by creating a system of recognition and reward for outstanding behavior and results, called the Platinum Club. This type of Red-Letter day is the franchisor’s way of acknowledging its most successful franchisees.
Special events are held quarterly: March, June, September and December and based upon the lucky winners being taken to an exclusive venue for the day, enjoying a specific activity, as well as some fine dining. This special day enables the lucky Platinum Clubbers to relax together within an exclusive environment, take time out from their business to celebrate their personal success.
Entry to the Platinum Club can be achieved through various means, such as excellent growth and a careful and consistent following of the Caremark business model, nomination via their Regional Support Manager or achieving a specific level of performance over 3 consecutive months.
September’s Platinum Club event is fast approaching and the lucky winners will be announced very soon. Her husband, her Care Manager and members of Caremark Ltd Head Office team will also support Ms. Anderson at the Gala Awards evening.
