Cash Converters is targeting South Wales for expansion and is aiming to open 30 new stores, creating 200 jobs, in the region, the company has announced.

The pre-owned goods retail franchise, which has stores in Rhyl, Bangor and Wrexham, welcomed potential franchise owners through the door at a recent open day in Cardiff. Nathan Sermon, Head of Franchise at Cash Converters, said: “The open day was a new tactic for us and it proved very successful, we have a number of strong leads as a direct result of the event.

“The next step for those that showed interest is to spend time learning more about the business structure, we are in the process of facilitating meetings with our existing franchise owners so they can learn firsthand about the day-to-day running of a Cash Converters store.”
