Cash Converters has appointed a new Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for helping franchise owners in England to develop their business.

Lee Porter comes to the role with more than 10 years of experience with national franchise companies. As the number of Cash Converters stores across the UK continues to grow Porter will be joining a team of business development managers who span the 190 stores.

In addition to helping franchise owners, Porters role will involve auditing and advising Cash Converters stores across the centre of England.

Porter said: "Cash Converters is a passionate and exciting company that ensure that the people are at the heart of everything they do. After meeting with Chief Executive David Patrick and Senior Business Development Manager Nathan Sermon, I was sure it was a company I wanted to be a part of."
