Cash Generator is the right move for franchise owners
At a time when most retailers seem to be decreasing in size, Cash Generator is bucking the trend having opened no less than 27 new stores in 2010, with a similar number scheduled for 2011.
Franchise enquiries at Cash Generator are at an all time high, with individuals from varied backgrounds, along with wealthy entrepreneurs, wanting to share the success of its franchise owners.
With one in three franchise owners opening multiple outlets as a result of the success of their first store, these individuals are testament to the successful formula and business model that the company has perfected over its 16-year history.
With its comprehensive eight-week CIPD approved training scheme and ambitious expansion plans, Cash Generator attracts a high calibre of franchise owners, a number of who are entrepreneurs leaving well-established franchisors. One couple, Warren and Carol Wadeson, left a property letting franchise to open their first Cash Generator store in Rugby town centre in August.
After seven successful years with their previous franchisor, the couple decided they wanted a fresh career challenge and, after researching a number of possible franchisors, chose Cash Generator.
The couple were impressed with the company’s business model and multi-income streams of retail and financial services. The husband and wife partnership teamed up with their son, Sam, to embark upon their new career in retail with Cash Generator.
Warren says: “After many years owning a property letting franchise, we wanted to branch out into retail. We researched a lot of franchisors and were attracted to Cash Generator, as it’s a national brand that suited the whole family.”
Although they have been successfully trading for only a few months, the Wadesons are already looking to the future with Cash Generator and have ambitious goals, including plans to have a portfolio of five stores within 10 years.
Warren concludes: “We’re delighted to have opened our first Cash Generator store in Rugby and are confident we’ll have a successful future with the brand.
“We firmly believe there is a place on the high street for Cash Generator and we have ambitious plans to build an empire of five stores.”
