International estate agent franchise, Century 21 is pleased to announce a new office in Clapham, South London, this continues the company's expansion in the London area and its coverage in the SW postcode.

Louis Wiek and Charles King will operate as Century 21 Clapham. Wiek is an existing franchise owner operating Century 21 Maidstone and had decided that the time was right to expand and operate in a further area. King has been a successful associate with Century 21 for some years and has taken the step to become a franchise owner.
