Century21’s new franchise owner will operate two territories in the West Midlands.

Peter Bennet has joined the Century21 network from a background in the Hospitality and Entertainment business and as a Hotelier and Property Developer, having recently completed a project to design and build a 22 luxury apartment complex in the local area.

The first office is located in Sutton Coldfied and has five Sales Associates recruited in addition to Bennet.

Lesley Sharkey, of Century21, said: “I am pleased to welcome Peter as our latest owner and look forward to working closely with him to develop his territories and build a team of sales associates. This further enhances our office coverage and I feel very excited as we have six new owners who have now joined us in the first 16 weeks of 2012.”
