A new franchise agreement will see Century 21 operating in the South London areas of Stockwell, Tooting and Mitcham.

The deal was made between lettings franchise, Century 21, and its new South London franchise owner, Tim Purnell.


Purnell has been involved in estate agency for over 15 years and operates as Abbey Estate Agents across three locations in South London. As the housing market continues to grow, Purnell has decided to join Century 21 and benefit from its existing office network and brand coverage in the London area.

Purnell said: “I am really excited at our decision to join Century 21 and that our current offices will undergo refurbishment and a re-brand during August which will then see us launch as Century 21 offices on the 1 September as we head into the autumn market. Century 21 was a natural choice for us and we hope to grow our coverage with further offices in the coming months.”
