Century21UK is expanding its franchise into Gibraltar through a deal with Home Coast Ltd (HCL).
The estate agency franchise is set to open an office in Main Street, Gibraltar’s main commercial area. This office will be owned and operated by HCL.
Gibraltar has been a British Colony since the 18th century and is a highly sought after location on the southern tip of Europe with border to Spain. In addition, due to its attractive tax advantages, it is attractive to wealthy individuals and corporate entities.
Furthermore, Gibraltar has recently been classified at the 5th best location to relocate to or invest in, as it benefits from a very resilient property market, stable economy, attractive property prices, as well as year round sunshine, great beaches and attractive marinas and is regarded as a bit of Britain in the sun, with the added advantage of having southern Spain on its doorstep.
