Estate and lettings agency franchise Century21 UK is set to open 12 offices in the London area. The initial offices will start trading before the end of this year and will operate in territories covering Stratford, Forest Gate, West Ham and South Ilford.

These offices will provide a range of estate agency and lettings services to both residential and commercial clients and in particular maximising on the high level of interest in properties around the Olympic venues for 2012.

Century21 UK has also confirmed an advertising campaign with London Property, which will see extensive branding in addition to advertising throughout the next 12 months. London Property magazine is widely distributed to high networth individuals with a readership of over 12,000.
