Since joining accountancy and tax franchise Certax, in January 2000, Sharon Neal's business has developed enormously with the help and support of the Certax head office.

Neal said: "I am currently operating two offices, one in Manor Road, Ossett and the new office in Outwood, Wakefield. The new office is situated in a highly visible location and has already seen eight clients 'walk in' looking for an accountant. I have five people working for me, which allows me to focus on the growth of the business."

The office front concept has worked so well and with the brand name now firmly established in the area, Neal knows she can grow even further. Neal currently has around 230 clients and with the new office she is looking to increase this by 15 per cent by the end of 2011 and 30 per cent by end of 2012, with the help and assistance of Certax Accountings support and marketing team and brand.
