The franchise owners of Nottingham-based Chem-Dry Central have won the Chem-Dry UK Franchise of the Year 2010 Award. The award recognizes outstanding excellence across numerous business disciplines such as business planning, customer satisfaction, marketing and upholding Chem-Dry’s traditions and values.

All members of the UK Chem-Dry network of 135 franchises and 790 franchise licences are considered for this award. Richard Harris and Neil Barlow, franchise owners of Chem-Dry Central, said: “We are delighted that the UK Chem-Dry Master Franchise has recognised and rewarded our efforts this year. This is in recognition of the hard work, belief and dedication from all our team over the past year and all the staff can be very proud of this achievement. Over the past 18 months, the business focused on developing all revenue streams and has gained momentum and impetus as a direct result. Having ‘embraced’ and now contemplated these awards has given us the enthusiasm and belief to develop our business further. To say we were surprised and delighted with this award was an understatement.”
