Pupils at Ivybridge Primary School in Isleworth have benefited from a computer course run by ComputerXplorers’ Middlesex franchise owner, Deven Ratneshwar.

During the eight-week course the Year 3 and 4 students were taught how to program and design a script for their own computer game, which enabled them to develop different computer skills such as programming and creating backgrounds. The classes also helped the children to improve their numerical and problem solving skills, and taught them how to work in teams.

Sam Khan, Deputy Headteacher at Ivybridge School, said: “This is such a fantastic opportunity for the children and the classes are so popular that we have a queue of children waiting to do them.”
