In order to improve its franchise offering Concept Building Solutions is set to raise its franchise price to £18,995, which comes into effect on the 1 October 2012.

Concept Building Solutions is raising its franchise price from its previous cost of £9,950, for two reasons. Firstly, the wide range of services it franchise owners can potentially provide means that the cost of bringing a new franchise owner on board is considerably higher than it once was. Secondly, it has seen a marked increase in its client base and service offerings, which has resulted in significant interest from potential investors to the franchise.

The company states that it is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have the ability to manage projects and develop professional relationships.

The role of a Concept Building Solutions franchise owner is to develop and build their business, maintain the high professional standards the company has set, and to maximise the Concept Building Solutions opportunity within the territory. As well as this, franchise owners will be expected to carryout initial marketing and sales, managing disaster recovery work, undertake business administration and train staff.
