The first Crêpeaffaire outlet to be located in an airport has been launch at Stansted. This outlet is located in the pre-security departure lounge and is owned and operated by HSMHost Corporation, which is part of Autogrill Group.

Stansted’s head of terminal retail, Zoe Farmer, said: “This exciting new addition to Stansted’s retail offer complements perfectly our existing mix of good quality catering outlets. I’d like to wish HSMHost every success with their new Crêpeaffaire venture, which I’m sure will prove very popular with passengers and staff alike.”

HSMHost’s Senior Director of Business Development, Michiel Reuvers, said: “It has been a pleasure to work with Crêpeaffaire to craft their menu and store for a busy airport. We are confident that travellers will find the broad selection of both sweet and savoury crepes a welcome addition to their choices at Stansted.”

Since its very first opening in London in 2004, Crêpeaffaire has become known for its freshly prepared Continental and French menu, offering a quick breakfast, lunch or tasty snack created to order. A range of crepe fillings includes traditional ham and cheese, chicken and vegetables, and fresh fruit with Belgian chocolate.

“We are excited to team up with HSMHost to bring the Crêpeaffaire concept to Stansted. Our brand is ideally suited to an airport’s fast-paced and international environment,” commented Daniel Spinath, Crêpeaffaire’s founder and Managing Director.
