One of the UK’s largest specialist lettings franchises, Cube Lettings, continues its ambitious expansion plans with the recruitment of Gurdev Bath as the owner of Cube’s new office in Nottingham.

Bath has a real passion for property and has gone from professional landlord to professional letting agent.

His 10-year plan is to build Cube Lettings (Nottingham) into one of the region’s biggest letting agencies, developing a portfolio of more than 1,000 properties.

Welcoming Bath to the network, Managing Director Francine Levin said: “Gurdev’s background and management skills will make him a great asset to Cube and we are looking forward to the contribution that Gurdev will make to the group.”

Cube Lettings also welcomes Rob and Emily Price and Charlie Hutton, who run Cube Lettings (Staffordshire) from their unique office building in Cheadle.

Passionate about delivering a fast and efficient service to both Landlords and Tenants, they were awarded the franchise due to their integrity, business acumen and people skills.
