International company looking for UK franchisees
David Reid Homes, a New Zealand based franchise, is aiming to expand into the UK.
The company, which designs and builds houses, is looking to establish about 50 franchises across the country. The set up cost for a David Reid Homes franchise is around £150,000.
'Our service is set to turn the new homes industry in the UK on its head,' says David Reid, founder of David Reid Homes. 'Given a choice, people don't want to have an identical home to every other home in the neighbourhood. Our service offers discerning clients a chance to have the home of their dreams designed and built to suit their own individual tastes, lifestyles and budget.
'Setting up in business can be very lonely but with a franchise such as ours there is support and training so you are never alone. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right people to enjoy success and security for themselves and their families.'
Martin Pick, heading the David Reid Homes UK launch, adds: 'We know a franchise system is an excellent way of maintaining high standards because every franchisee will be running their own business. All franchisees will be trained to our high standards and must be in tune with our philosophy which is about being passionate about providing a premium service.'
