John Pratt appointed a Director of UK's largest exhibition venue

John Pratt, the British Franchise Association's Legal Advisor and current chair of the International Bar Association's International Franchising Committee, has added yet another string to his bow on being appointed a Director of the NEC - the venue of the largest franchise exhibition in the UK.

'The NEC has a huge impact on the West Midlands,' says John. 'Its turnover is in excess of £150 million and is a major employer. It is also the most successful exhibition company in Europe so to have been asked to be a director is extremely flattering.

'We have exhibited very successfully at all of the NEC's franchise exhibitions over the last 17 years and so my experiences as a customer will come in useful in discussions that we will have about improving the customer experience.'
