Maria Tyrell from High Wycombe won a national competition on the TV show in November, promoted and sponsored by Domino’s Pizza. As a part of her prize, she has seen her Chimichurri pizza appear on Domino’s menus across the UK.

Her winning pizza starred toppings of chicken, yellow and red peppers and Chimiichurri sauce. The Chimichurri sauce was produced for Domino’s at the Oasis Foods factory.

Mike Wood, Operations Director at Oasis Foods, said: “It was great to meet Maria and congratulate her personally for coming up with such an innovative new idea for a pizza topping. We enjoyed being able to help Domino’s launch such a successful new product so quickly – the team here at Oasis really relished the challenge.”

Maria commented on her trip: “It was fascinating to come to the factory and see how Chimichurri is made on such a large scale – the whole process was fascinating.”
