appoints new member of staff to assist franchisees' marketing strategies

Drain Doctor Plumbing, a franchise that provides an emergency plumbing and repair service, has appointed a new member of staff to support its franchisees' marketing strategies. Catriona Berry has joined the company's head office team to provide marketing assistance to its franchisees and to help them become more 'people focused'.

Catriona said: 'In my experience I have found that a lot of franchisees do not understand marketing and can sometimes rely too heavily on the marketing done by head office. I will guide each franchisee through their own marketing strategy, on an individual basis, and help them to build their business within their local community.'
