Drain Doctor strengthens its franchising programme

Drain Doctor Plumbing has hired a new staff member to deal with the company's national customers.

Andrew Whittaker joined the Peterborough based company to manage its national customers and to ensure that franchisees continue to expand their businesses. Andrew has had a great deal of experience within the franchising industry having previously owned the Peterborough Royal Mail Same Day franchise and Mailtech, a direct mail production company. Drain Doctor is franchised across the UK and provides an emergency plumbing and drainage service.

'Although I enjoyed owning the Royal Mail franchise I felt constrained to my area,' says Andrew Whittaker, Drain Doctor employee. 'I found that I kept discovering possible national deals, which I couldn't follow through. Working for Drain Doctor will allow me to find these national deals and manage them myself.'
