Driver Hire continues it franchise expansion with the recruitment of a new franchise owner.

Jeetinder Talwar, who now owns the Driver Hire Uxbridge franchise, previously worked for an accountants company before starting his new business.

He said: “I’ve always wanted to work for myself. What I hadn’t had was one of those ‘light blub moments’ when you get a brilliantly original business idea. I looked into franchising and saw that it was a much safer route into self-employment.”

Talwar’s new business provides temporary and permanent drivers and other logistics staff to both local and national organisations in the public and private sectors. If they’re short of staff Driver Hire will supply them with a suitable replacement.


He added: “I only live 10 minutes from the office, know the area well and immediately saw the potential here. Everything about Driver Hire is very professional. Myself and my colleague, Manjeet, are looking forward to contacting customers old and new.”
