Originally established in 1993, Ecocleen is part of the Servest Group, but following a recent investment from Managing Directors Sean Taylor and Paul Smith, the business has been reinvigorated and now works independently.

Since acquiring their 80 per cent share of Ecocleen at the end of last year, Sean and Paul have combined their industry expertise and driving ambition to develop a national sales pipeline approaching £1million.

Who are we looking for?

Ecocleen is looking for franchise owners who have the ambition and drive to grow a successful business while delivering the best service and products possible.

The Ecocleen opportunity is a management franchise but, of course, there will be times when you need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, showing your team that you are all in it together. This ‘hands on’ management approach forms part of our values led approach to service delivery.

The majority of your time will be spent selling and managing the delivery of our portfolio of cleaning contracts and support services to businesses and local authorities so you will need to be comfortable dealing with people, management experience would be preferable but not essential.

We need determined leaders who can motivate a team to consistently deliver to our high standards. Finally, if you are not committed to our values you are unlikely to succeed, delivering a quality product is the foundation of our business.
