Enfields: Southern Property Firm Reigns Supreme at 2006 Estate Agency of the Year Awards

Southern-based property firm Enfields retained its industry acclaim at the annual property award ceremony, hosted this month, with a second Gold win for the Best Medium Agent category, alongside Bronze wins under the Lettings and Technology/ Web categories.

At a glittering London award ceremony held on Friday 24th November hosted by television personality Penny Smith, Enfields was recognised among the country's best performing estate agencies, with notable success in three of the ceremony's 10 categories.

'From an industry with so many major players, this is high praise indeed and this recognition comes as a welcome announcement on the heels of an extremely successful year for Enfields' enthused managing director Rob Mott. 'The recent launch of our franchising division has been met with a hugely positive amount of interest. With seven new franchisees already aboard, we're achieving impressive results, after only a relatively short period of time'.

Despite this significant industry acclaim for a consecutive year, Mott is not complacent and is reflective on the firm's latest wins:

The National Association of Estate Agents Awards was established to champion high standards, innovation and best practice among estate agents of all sizes. The judging panel comprised a group of highly accomplished, leading property experts, including property journalists, well-respected retired estate agents and senior directors of house building and mortgage lending firms. Collectively the panel boasted years of experience within the estate agency field, with an advanced understanding and in-depth knowledge of the sector.
