Two Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) franchise owners are celebrating 10 years of owning cost, purchase and supplier management businesses.

Gerry Pentleton and David Rogers both joined the ERA franchise network 10 years ago and have seen their businesses thrive in that time.

Pentleton, who runs his franchise in Dumfermline, Scotland, joined the franchise after a successful career in business management, bringing with him a wealth of existing contacts that he was able to generate business with when he had completed his initial training.

Rogers, who is based in Wolverhampton, spent his career within business systems before starting with ERA and has gone on to earn over £1 million.

Both Pentleton and Rogers have been able to follow the ERA tried and tested franchise formula to generate considerable rewards for themselves and their families. Rogers has been able to take delivery of a brand new jaguar on his 50th birthday and Pentleton, who has a passion for sailing, has really been able to indulge in his hobby over the 10 years.

Keen to continue their success with ERA Pentleton and Rogers are set to renew their franchise agreement, Rogers said: “The last 10 years have been an extremely positive and rewarding experience, and I am already looking forward to the future for my business and myself.”
