Winner of FASTSIGNS Sales Improvement Award announced
FASTSIGNS has presented franchisee Mark Phelps with the Sales Improvement Award at the company's 11th annual franchise meeting.
Mark operates two signage and graphic product FASTSIGNS franchises one in Kingston upon Thames and the other in Staines. His clients include Legoland at Windsor, the Chessington and Thorpe Park theme parks and the new Heart Shopping Centre development in Walton on Thames.
Mark said: 'I was thrilled when I found out I had won the award so soon after taking over the business in Staines. It has been a very busy and challenging year, but recognition like this is a real compliment to everyone who has worked so hard.
'I always wanted to operate a second location, so when I got the chance to purchase the Staines franchise, I felt I had to seize the opportunity with both hands! Although both locations operate independently on a day-to-day basis, a major benefit of owning two franchises is that one is able to support the other if required, for example in terms of production or sales support for a big or urgent job.'
FASTSIGNS launched its first UK franchise in 1994 and now has 22 centres across the UK and 525 centres worldwide.
