New forces franchise launches

Forces Recruitment Services has launched a national franchisee recruitment programme to build on the success of its two pilot frachisees. The company, which was the first commercial recruitment consultancy set up with the sole purpose of placing ex-military candidates, has helped to resettle hundreds of servicemen and women since its launch in 2001.

Founder and Managing Director Graham Brown, a former RHF Bandsman, is seeking individuals with drive, ambition and the desire to make good money while assisting ex-military candidates. 'Franchisees will receive sales, systems and operations training and knowledge of how to run a recruitment business, all provided directly by myself a highly experienced franchise and recruitment professional, who will act as an ongoing mentor,' says Graham. 'In addition, franchisees will be assisted in gaining Recruitment & Employment Confederation accreditation. If you believe you have the entrepreneurial spirit to run your own business and make a good living from placing ex-military candidates, contact us today.'
