Nick Williams Nick is FDS Anglia & London’s Regional Consultant; an expert in franchise consultancy both nationally and internationally, with over 12 years experience helping businesses from a vast range of sectors, both from start -up to PLC. Nick now works with established franchisors in expanding their networks and in facilitating international Master Franchising.
Paul has been a franchise consultant with FDS Anglia since 1993 and during that time has worked with numerous clients both nationally and internationally, from one-man bands with an ‘idea’, through to multi-nationals with established brands, covering all industry sectors.
He assists prospective franchisors with evaluating their businesses for franchising potential, advises on appropriate franchise strategies and then helps to implement the necessary infrastructure elements to launch their franchise into the market. He provides continual ongoing advice and guidance during their development phases.
Paul also helps established franchisors in improving both their infrastructure and operational performance, and assists with building their franchise management teams. He also advises on Joint Venture development strategies and fundraising exercises.

Since then, Tony has helped dozens of companies across Northern UK, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia to achieve their business development ambitions through franchising. Today, Tony leads one of the North’s most respected franchise consultancy.
Gary has acquired more than 23 years of franchising experience with an extensive hands-on approach, together with actual franchising success in all the relevant areas from developing a franchise opportunity through to recruiting, marketing and training, and developing software systems for the effective management of a franchise network.
