FreshStart Living has launched a new franchise model called FreshStart Partners that is aimed at people wanting to start a career in property investment.

According to the company the new franchise will give franchise owners the opportunity to sell FreshStart Living’s property to investors while generating a substantial income for themselves.

Since the company’s inception in 2009, FreshStart Living has specialised in redeveloping neglected buildings into high quality residential and student property and the franchise opportunity will give individuals the chance to capitalise on the company’s success.

Rob Worthington, FreshStart Living’s Franchise Manager, said: “The FreshStart Partners franchise model works extremely well because the franchise owner is working directly with FreshStart Living, the property developer.
