Property franchise Gateway Homes has recently announced further expansion plans that will see the company moving into new larger city centre offices.


Gateway Homes has been at its current premises for almost six years and has outgrown them. A company spokesperson said: “The new premises are ideally located, and are set on the Waterfront in Leeds City Centre. They are 10 times bigger than our current offices, which enables us to expand and recruit more head office staff to cope with demand.”

To meet the demand, Gateway Homes has released over 40 new franchise territories and is currently looking for franchise owners across the UK to aid its expansion.
