Hamilton Pratt adds new partner

The senior team at the law firm franchise Hamilton Pratt is to be strengthened by the recruitment of new partner.

Recently singled out in the Legal 500 for her patience and industry knowledge, Sue Mann left her previous job as a partner for a large Birmingham law firm to join Hamilton Pratt. 'While nearly all of our clients are franchisors, we were increasingly being asked to provide legal advice on issues that were not specifically related to franchising and, therefore, we needed a leading practitioner with considerable experience of advising on company commercial issues,' says John Pratt, Hamilton Pratt senior partner. 'Sue fits the bill perfectly. She has over 25 years of experience and in the last 10 years has concentrated particularly on commercial contracts covering a wide range of business and trading arrangements such as the supply of goods and services, agency and distribution, intellectual computer software development, licensing, support and distribution agreements in the IT sector.
