The company offers training and a unique franchise development programme to all new franchisees, which provides support in key areas including marketing, IT, human resources and purchasing.

Franchise development manager Peter Tye says: 'HiQ aims to considerably increase the number of its outlets in order to become a challenging force within the UK fast-fit industry.

'Potential franchisees do not necessarily need to come from a fast-fit background. They must possess relevant commercial skills, the acumen to run their own business and be able to recognise the value of providing an excellent level of customer service.

'The transformation of the HiQ network has begun with its new philosophy which leads with the determination to provide better facilities, better service, better choice and better value. The franchise development programme will be underpinned by these new principles in order to encourage franchisees to open new centres in areas where HiQ is underrepresented.'
