New recruit for Home Instead Senior Care

Sutherland (pictured right), who has many years of experience working in the franchise sector, will be mentoring a group of existing franchise offices providing them with training, business development support and advice on working in a franchise environment.
The opportunity to work at the Warrington-based franchise came about after Sutherland ran into Home Instead Senior Care CEO, Trevor Brocklebank at a franchise event. Sutherland, who was working for Barclays in an IT support role at the time, was attending the even to do some networking, having decided to get back to work within the franchise environment.
Sutherland is skilled and knowledgeable in the franchise market as well as understanding the needs and expectations of the clients, having experienced the need for care recently when her father became ill.
Paul and Lori Hogan founded Home Instead Senior Care in America in 1994, the company then went on to be franchised in 1995 and in 2005 Trevor and Sam Brocklebank opened the first Home Instead office in the UK.
