Home Instead comes out on top
Home Instead capped an incredible, award-winning summer by attaining the top ranking for care provision in an independent industry evaluation.
The UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, Laing & Buisson’s Care Compliance Monitor, includes headline data from Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports and presents a digested view of care providers’ performance.
Laing & Buisson’s report acts as a watchdog for the care industry and evaluates providers on their safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users. Home Instead, which achieved the number one position of all care providers, registered an incredible 97.8 per cent of all branches that complied with Laing & Buisson’s rigorous marking system.
Commenting on their performance, Trevor Brocklebank, CEO, said, “We are totally focused on providing the highest quality of care for our clients. The work we do assures the safety and wellbeing of our clients and brings peace of mind to their families.
“It is gratifying to see this recognised by a leading industry organisation in this analysis of CQC performance. Our number one position bears testament to the dedication, commitment and hard work of our franchise owners and their care teams across the country, who strive on a daily basis to improve the lives of the elderly, assisting us to achieve our mission of changing the face of ageing. This latest accolade confirms we are well on our way to becoming the UK’s most admired care company.”
Home Instead franchise owner, Chris Carter, said: “Home Instead is quickly gaining a reputation for being the best in the business for care provision. Everywhere we go now, people congratulate us on doing such a good job.”
