Established by Catherine Lazcano-Thornton, Home Sweet Home Cleaning Services started trading in 2004 and has developed naturally over the last six years, focusing on a strong ethical and customer service drive culture. Due to the success of the business, the decision to franchise was made in 2010.Since, the business has gone from strength to strength, doubling in size, but the owners did not want to rush the launch of the franchise until the business was ready. It was key to Lazcano-Thornton and husband, Dan, their existing customers in Edinburgh did not suffer any loss of service and they could devote enough time to new franchise owners as they came on board.

Following the successful launch of Home Sweet Home Cleaning in North Glasgow, and, of course 10 happy years serving Edinburgh households, they are looking for new franchise owners across the rest of Scotland. Successful applicants will need to be self-motivated and good communicators, but, most importantly, have a flair for customer service.
