Within six months of launching their House-Hut Bristol business the franchise owners have exceeded their business plans and targets set. They attribute this to a number of factors including the improving market conditions and the attractive package House-Hut offers. As well as this House-Hut has a good reputation in the South West area with Bath winning the Gold Award for the South West at the Estate Agent of the Year Awards 2010 and the Silver for the whole of the UK 2010.
