Estate agency franchise House-Hut has just opened its new head office as part of its expansion plans for 2011. The new office has greater floor space to accommodate more staff, which are required to meet rising demand due to the awards House-Hut has won and the increasing activity in the housing market.

House-Hut’s Franchise Director said: “The premises have a dedicated training room, which will allow us to provide better facilities for our franchise owners. We are delighted with the level of enquiries from potential franchise owners and the high calibre of the applicants. We expect 2011 to be busy as we sign up and open a number of new franchises. Moving to new bigger premises will help facilitate this growth.”
