In-toto's new Managing Director has a unique perspective of the company's franchise offering as his parents were one of the company's first franchise owners. Jonathan Wagstaff (pictured), who was appointed Managing Director of the fitted kitchen franchise, is planning to expand the company's franchise network.

Jonathan said: 'My parents were among the first In-toto franchise owners back in the 1980s. When I left college, I worked for the family business for a time before moving into kitchen manufacturing. After spending a number of years in an entirely different industry, I returned to my roots and am delighted to have been appointed as Managing Director of this unique business. In-toto is the only major fitted kitchen brand that is franchise based, which enables us to deliver the exceptional customer service usually associated with a designer studio combined with the buying power and resilience to recession of a major national brand. I think that's a powerful message for franchise owners and customers alike.'

In-toto currently has a franchise network of 49 showrooms, which Jonathan is planning to expand through both recruitment and by supporting existing franchise owners in developing multi-outlet businesses. He added: 'This is not a franchise where income depends directly on the number of hours worked, nor is it simply an investment vehicle. An In-toto franchise offers people the chance to do something which gives them great personal satisfaction as well as delivering an opportunity to grow a substantial business and make very serious money.'
