Jani-King achieves £4.5m in new business in 2009

Included in the new business is the extension of Jani-King's long term contract with Odeon cinemas, which was won after a tough re-tender process. The company also moved from regional contracts to national contracts with retails chains Wagamama and H&M.
"Reasons for this growth are due to the strong relationships we build with our customers and the level and flexibility of the service that we deliver to them," comments Jani-King Director Will Gavan. "We continue to monitor and receive a high level of customer vote and the customers we serve just keep coming back for more as our service offering stays ahead of industry pace. Credit must also be given to our franchise owners because it is they who have the face-to-face, day-to-day contact and it is they who have done a fantastic job in managing and implementing the Jani-King system.
"This year has been even more proof that commercial cleaning is a recession-resilient industry. Therefore, this is an excellent time to invest in a contract cleaning franchise with Jani-King because we are a well established business in a growing industry with a bright future ahead. With our guaranteed turnover franchise business model we continue to look for motivated franchise partners with a commercial background and a desire to build a £1 million plus business within a proven structure.
"The Jani-King franchise has always been popular because it can be operated on very low overheads and is a cost-variable format. I encourage all motivated individuals and entrepreneurs to come and join in on our success as a leading operator in this industry."
