New Operations Manager, Nichola Pemberton, has 10 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and a background in domiciliary care. In her new role, she will be supporting franchisees in recruiting the right staff for different positions.

Angela Godsmark has also been employed as the head of Kare PlusÕ Domiciliary Care Division. She will support franchise owners in their development in the domiciliary and living care sectors through her extensive knowledge of the subject.

Managing Director Steve Welsh said: "Kare Plus is probably the fastest growing care franchise in the UK. We have secured a number of major new contracts in recent months, which means our franchisees are busier than ever and so need as much support as possible; that's why we've expanded our team with two highly experienced, results focused people. Nichola in particular will be out in the field, visiting franchisees to provide hands-on assistance and advice wherever it's needed."
