London House sees growth in national contract business

London House is reporting a significant rise in work volumes this year for its franchisee network, which has led to network-wide growth and the recruitment of a new investigator at its head office operation.

Managing Director Godfrey Lancashire explains: 'We have seen our national contract work grow at a phenomenal rate as a result of bringing in Mark Blaber as Business Development Director last year (as reported in The Franchise Magazine December 2006), which has required us to expand our own team handling the Milton Keynes territory to deal with our increased workload. This increased business is also resulting in extra referral business for our franchisees.'

The head office operation has recruited Sarita Chopra as an investigator. 'I previously worked as a civilian investigator for the police, including a stint with CID where I handled all kinds of cases up to and including murder investigations!' says Sarita. 'I have moved to London House because I recognise a great opportunity to develop a career path and am looking forward to getting involved in its investigations both at head office and in the field.'
