London House International looks to expand across the UK
Although London House International has territories available throughout the UK, the company is particularly keen to hear from people looking to own franchises in London.
London House International is actively looking to fill its London territories and is particularly keen to recruit for the post codes SW, SE, E, EC and N, all of which are available at £25,000.
A private investigation franchise, London House International provides a specialised service to business clients, law firms and banks. Franchise owners offer a range of services including asset tracing, performing company searches, screening prospective employees, providing witness statements, writing status reports and investigation reports.
London House International was established in 1995 and over the years has built up a reputation for providing an excellent service to its clients. London House International Managing Director Godfrey Lancashire explains: "Our reputation is unparalleled in our market place and we have a very stable franchise owner base with our longest serving franchise owner remaining with us for 14 years and many more well into their second term of five years."
The London House International franchise offers a white-collar business opportunity that involves franchise owners conducting investigations on behalf of their clients. Franchise owners can run their businesses from either their home or an office. "We are looking for franchise owners with a professional background," Godfrey reveals, "they don't have to come from a related sector, so they don't have to be police or investigators, we give them tremendous training - it's two week residential training at our Milton Keynes head office.
"However, we are looking for people with very good interpersonal skills and obviously, like a lot of franchises, we are very keen that they have an enthusiasm to build their own business.
"Prospective franchise owners don't need direct technical experience but it is helpful if they have some understanding of finance, have a little bit of street sense and common sense. However, our training is a very professional programme in which they are provided with the technical guidance that they need." In addition to full training and support franchise owners will also be provided with all initial stocks of stationery and a full library of documents and forms are held on the head office systems.
Godfrey adds: "Perhaps the key benefit of owning a London House franchise is that you will enjoy constant variety - meeting people and businesses from all sectors. There is great flexibility to the working day and a sense of achievement when completing an assignment. This is not a 9-5 office job but if you enjoy variety, managing your own time and determining your own future, perhaps it is for you."
