London House seeks professionals to expand its network
Renowned Business2Business franchise opportunity London House International is looking for new franchise owners with professional experience to expand its network whose services are in constant demand from large and small companies.
Established in 1995, London House International has built an excellent reputation for assisting business clients, law firms and banks through a range of specialist services involving its professional investigation skills.
These include asset tracing, performing company searches, screening prospective employees, providing witness statements, writing status reports and investigating fraud.
Managing Director Godfrey Lancashire, who co-founded London House International with Brian Hughes, explains: "Our reputation is unparalleled in our market place and we have a very stable franchise owner base with our longest serving franchise owner remaining with us for 14 years and many more well into their second term of five years."
"We are looking for franchise owners with a professional background - they don't have to come from a related sector, so they don't have to be police or investigators, we give them tremendous training - it's two weeks' residential training at our Milton Keynes head office.
"However, we are looking for people with very good interpersonal skills and obviously, like a lot of franchises, we are very keen that they have an enthusiasm to build their own business.
"Prospective franchise owners don't need direct technical experience but it is helpful if they have some understanding of finance, have a little bit of street sense and common sense. However, our training is a very professional programme in which they are provided with the technical guidance that they need."
London House International is a full business format white collar franchise with 62 territories in the UK whose franchise owners mix with the professional and corporate communities in their local exclusive territory. It is possible to work from home or a serviced office but costs are low and all initial stocks of stationery are included in the start-up package. A full library of documents and forms are held on the franchisor's systems.
Godfrey adds: "Perhaps the key benefit of owning a London House franchise is that you will enjoy constant variety meeting people and businesses from all sectors. There is great flexibility to the working day and a sense of achievement when completing an assignment. This is not a nine to five office job but if you enjoy variety, managing your own time and determining your own future, perhaps it is for you."
London House is now getting more involved in the international marketplace and is starting to investigate more cases that its clients require overseas not just in Europe but further afield. In addition, due to its reputation London House has a growing overseas client base which require investigations conducted in the UK marketplace.
