US based ice-cream parlour chain opens first UK franchise

Ice-cream parlour franchise Marble Slab Creamery has opened its first franchised store in the UK. Marble Slab Creamery is a USA based company and is owned by NexCen Brands. The company has launched its first UK franchise in Dundee, Scotland. Kenneth J. Hall, CEO of NexCen Brands, says: 'We continue to have success in growing our brands' presence internationally. We are very pleased to introduce the Marble Slab Creamery brand into the UK.'
