Lettings franchise Martin & Co is increasing it footprint in London with the recruitment of two London-based franchise owners, who will open new offices in Belgravia and Stratford.


Local businessman, David Sime is the franchise owner of the new Belgravia office. His most recent experience lies within the financial sector, however having worked in the property market before he is no stranger to the way the industry works. Keen to build presence in Belgravia, Sime wants to tackle this unique vicinity, arguably the most valuable and challenging real estate market in the world. Both Sime and the office’s Lettings Manager, Juilet Robinson, have broad knowledge of Knightsbridge and Belgravia, which gives the pair an understanding of the requirements of landlords and tenants alike, and has historically provided returns and growth for landlords that have been second to none.

The new Martin & Co Stratford-based franchise owner, Rajesh, is aiming to become a major player in the area and wants to tackle the challenging market that the capital offers. He said: “It’s a fierce market in London but that does not faze me, and the returns have historically been on offer to landlords are tremendously exciting. I’m familiar with the local area and I’m looking forward to getting started. The lettings industry is fast-moving, which really appeals to me, I like the way business works.” Rajesh joins Martin & Co from a career within the banking sector, where he had various roles for a number of years. Property has always been of interest to Rajesh and he felt it was the time to pursue a new career path.
