McDonald's franchisee celebrates 10 years of success

Ron opened his first McDonald's restaurant in Carmarthen, and 2007 saw a particularly strong year of growth with the acquisition of three new sites. Ron employs a total of 450 staff and has plans to continue to grow his business through the acquisition of future restaurants in the South West Wales area. He has also now received a funding package worth £700,000 from NatWest to refurbish in Camarthen and Cwmbrwla in Swansea.
Ron Mounsey commented: 'I have continued to seek opportunities to expand the business over the years and am proud that the hard work of my staff has been rewarded with the accolade of the Golden Arches Award by McDonald's.'
