Training and support

This begins with an initial 10 day comprehensive training 'Academy' which prepares you to start, manage and grow your Merry Maids business. This training programme includes both classroom and on the job training where you will work closely with the Merry Maids franchise development team to learn methods in recruiting and managing staff. We cover all the preparation, procedures and systems necessary to build, manage and operate a domestic cleaning franchise and are committed to helping you develop a successful and profitable business.
