History of the business
Minuteman Press Hertfordshire has one of the best High Street locations within the town, as they are to be found on a roundabout at one end of the High Street and therefore have an excellent opportunity to promote their services through the shop front. New and ongoing walk-in trade continues to be a significant proportion of their business that more than pays for the location overhead. There are some 4,500 businesses in their immediate geographic area.

The business was established in October 2009 by a husband and wife team, however, due to their personal circumstances they have had to put the business up for sale.

The property is single-fronted and very deep comprising some 900 square feet divided into at the front a generous Customer Reception area with seating space. The main workspace behind is divided by colour-keyed screens into a front-of-house Print and Graphics area.

The potential
Further business growth will be driven by judicious investment in finishing equipment (a creaser/folding machine and a laminator) which will bring more jobs in-house at a higher margin.
