Bryony's relationship with MOLLY MAID started in 1988 when her children were babies. At the time she wanted to run her own business but needed something that would fit in with family commitments. Bryony says: 'I needed flexibility in my job to care for them and the Molly Maid opportunity provided that.'

Under Bryony's direction MOLLY MAID in Farnborough has gone from strength to strength, cleaning over 6,000 homes in the area in 2007. She has eight of the recognisable blue and pink branded cars on the local roads, and employs 18 members of staff. Bryony loves being her own boss and says: 'I still enjoy going out and seeing customers, existing and new. I believe it is important that my customers know me because I am the owner of the business and it is me and my staff that they are trusting with their keys.'

Bryony feels her success is due to her great staff, customers and the ongoing support of her family. Bryony says: 'I couldn't have done it without the support of my late husband and children, my staff and of course my customers.'
