Franchisees awarded at UK Molly Maid convention
Molly Maid UK recently held its UK national convention under the backdrop of the Menzies Welcombe Hotel and Spa in Stratford-upon-Avon. Among the guests attending the convention were the founders of Molly Maid, Adrienne and Chris Stringer.
The Stringers founded Molly Maid in a suburb of Toronto, Canada in 1979 and the company has gone on to clean homes across the UK, Canada, the USA, Japan and Portugal, and today boasts worldwide turnover in excess of £90 million.Among the awards presented at the convention was the outstanding performance award for 2005, which was presented to Pat Bryant. Pat was the first local franchise owner to run a Molly Maid management franchise in 1986. Selling her business 10 years later Pat was recruited to join the support office as a Business Advisor. 'I am thrilled,' says Pat. 'It is a privilege to be recognised with the outstanding performance award in such a high growth company.'
The quality, service and value award for 2005 was presented to Derek and Elaine Ward. Says Derek: 'It is a privilege to be recognised with the quality, service and value award in such a customer focused company.'
Julie Beckham, local franchise owner for Molly Maid Sidcup and Bexleyheath was awarded the top sales growth leader for 2005 award.
