Since purchasing a second MOLLY'MAID territory, Michelle Jarvis's average weekly turnover has increased by £3,500 to £6,500. 'With this level of turnover I have been able to join the MOLLY MAID President Circle and have also smashed MOLLY MAID travel incentives for two consecutive years,' she reveals. 'As a result I have been rewarded with two all expenses paid holidays to the Bahamas and Crete courtesy of MOLLY MAID.'
Michelle joined MOLLY MAID in 2002 with an initial territory covering Sutton Coldfield, taking on the additional Lichfield territory in 2006. 'My intention from the start was to build up the business and expand it because there were no other MOLLY MAID franchises in the surrounding areas - so there was plenty of scope for growth!' she explains. 'Initially I had six cars on the road and now I have, depending on the demand, seven or eight cars and 14 full-time members of staff and three part time members.'
'My goal is to develop the MOLLY MAID brand across the West Midlands. By 2010 I hope to have 10 cars on the road and I am also keen to achieve the next MOLLY MAID travel incentive as this time an all expenses paid trip to Antigua is on the cards, which will be the perfect place to celebrate my 10 year wedding anniversary with my husband Marius.
